Features Unified Grievances Management

This app enable to the Citizen of the district to file the Individual and group grievance.
After filing, Individual grievances will be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner but Group grievances will be available among the citizen registered on this app for showing willingness whether they agree or disagree.
If the number of citizens agree with grievance will cross the threshold (Set by district administration) then group grievance will forward to the Deputy Commissioner.
There is separate login for the DC.
Using this login Deputy Commissioner can view Individual/Group grievance.
DC can add action/remark.
After adding action/remark grievance will be considered resolved.
